Q. I can see the video content but the whole picture is purple. 

A. Please Press "Menu" button on the remote. The "Setup" menu page 1 will appear on the screen, scroll up/down to the item marked "Component/RGB  In Select". make sure it is set to the correct type for your input signal "RGB" or "Component". 

Q. I can not set my Screensaver to switch on and off at set times. 

A Please set the "Present time" in the menu page 2/2 then you will able to set the Screensaver to activate at set times. 

Q. My picture does not fill the whole screen and I have grey bars on the left and right of the picture. 

A. Please select the correct "aspect ratio" using your remote control to fill the complete screen.  

Q. Every time I turn on my monitor I have a warning message about 3D. It goes away when I press the "Return" button on the remote, but when I next turn on the monitor the 3D warming comes up agian.

A. Please Press "Menu" button on the remote. The "Setup" menu page 1/2 will appear on the screen, scroll up/down to "OSD Language" item and press and hold the "OK" button on the remote for more than 3 seconds. A new menu will appear on the screen please select "Options". Now the "Options Menu" page 1/3 will appear scroll down till you reach page 3/3 and the item marked "3D Safety Precautions" and select "Off". A warning message will come up please select "Yes". Now press return on the remote to get rid of the menus.
